The concept of Skúbb is to make ice cream that is made from scratch with the best products available and always choose organic if possible. The Ice cream is handmade from high quality ingredients with organic milk from Bíó Bú. 

Skúbb has won Reykjavík Grapewine’s best ice cream awards continuously from 2018.
